You are looking at a very rare original unpeeled second state The Beatles - Yesterday and Today butcher cover. You can clearly see the V shaped dark shirt of Ringo Starr to the right of the trunk - see images. This is an RIAA 6 mono release from the L.A. pressing plant.

Very presentable and clean cover. Bright whites. Nice saturated colors. This front cover looks much better than the vast majority of second state covers I have seen come up for sale on eBay. Would look lovely framed.  Has minor ring wear, a small hole punch near the top right corner and a tiny 1 cm seam split at the very right corner of the top edge (this is barely noticeable and cannot be seen from the front at all). Spine looks smooth with no noticeable rubbing wear or splits. 

Again, would look lovely framed in my opinion. Very clean and presentable looking second state butcher cover with bright whites. I would grade the outer sleeve VG+ though lower VG+ only because of the small hole punch.
