This is an original Quiet Riot Metal Health Picture Disc from CBS Records released in 1983. The vinyl record is 12" in size and plays at 33 RPM. You can see in the photo a small tear at one corner of the plastic album cover. No damage to the album itself. The release title is Mental Health and it features a picture disc. The cover also comes with a Hype Sticker. This is a must-have for any metal fan and collector.
