Most of the shellac records may have some degree of scuffs. 78 rpm records can look bad but still sound great. They withstand abuse much better than LPs or 45s. Record has some scuffs / marks and scratches
I haven't cleaned the records as I know some people are very particular how they clean them.
I have this listed on multiple sites so if it disappears, then it's been sold elsewhere
