Versand von Schallplatten/LPs
Wir versenden die Schallplatten in der Regel eingeschweißt als Originalware.
Wenn Du explizit Platten außerhalb des Covers verschickt haben möchtest und damit das Risiko einer Beschädigung des Covers vermeiden möchtest, informiere uns bitte mit einer kurzen Nachricht im Anmerkungsfeld beim Bestellvorgang. Wir senden die Platten in diesem Fall außerhalb des Covers, um Schäden an Cover und/oder Innenhülle zu vermeiden. Bei bedruckten Innenhüllen werden die Platten selbst in neuen antistatischen Innenhüllen versendet.

Shipping of vinyl records/LPs
We will send you records - if possible - new and sealed.
If you explicitely want us to ship your records outside of the cover and therfor minimize the risk of damages to the cover please inform us with a short message in the annotation field in the checkout. We will then send your records separated from the covers to avoid damages like seam splits on the cover and/or inner sleeve. We will place records housed in a printed inner sleeve in new antistatic bags.

Versanddienstleister: Du kannst zwischen Hermes, DHL und Warenpost (CDs, kleine Artikel) wählen. Wenn du eine Zustellung per DHL wünschst, wähle bitte bei Abschluss der Bestellung die korrekte Versandart.

Delivery services outside of Germany
Outside of Germany we use several shipping services like Spring GDS (PostNL), USPS, Deutsche Post and their partners. Usually your order will leave our warehouse within 2 days and is then on transport to the international hub. Please be patient for any oversea destinations and check the detailed tracking information. Economy shpping (for CDs and other small items) may offer no detailed tracking but will be tracked on major touch points.

- Base costs for CD, Tape, Patch or Ticket only orders: € 4,90 including shipping costs for the first product
- Base costs for other orders: € 13,90 including the shipping costs for the first product
- Shipping costs for each additional CD, Tape, Patch or Ticket: € 1,00
- Shipping costs for each additional LP and other products: € 3,00

· Example 3 LPs = € 13,90 + 2 x € 3,00 = € 19,90
