This is a full-sized 12" fully functional album cover. This is an alternate cover for the Blue Hawaii soundtrack--new front and back. These do not have printing on the spine, but otherwise this sleeve looks beautiful. It comes in a thin but resealable clear protective sleeve. Although it is made to hold a record, it would also be great to put in a frame on the wall.
