LP is in BRAND NEW STILLS SEALED UNOPENED Condition from my Smoke Free Home Personal Collection. I grade the Cover at Very Good+ due to some indentation marks on the front cover keeping it from grading higher (See Pic #4) as this was the exact Condition the LP was in when I bought it new from FYE.
