Vinyl is new and never played, and includes the special mitt, plastic slipcover, obi strip, and the sticker indicating the number. THE VINYL IS NOT SEALED, this was done by the manufacturer not myself. The vinyl are placed within their original paper sleeves between the jacket and plastic slipcover to prevent cracks in the jacket spine. Again, this item was unsealed by the manufacturer, not myself, and is fully new/unplayed.
