1st press Red & Plum. Matrix A3/B4. This is the final Red&Plum version at Xmas 1971. Vinyl comes housed in the original cover with original exposed flips textured inner. 100% genuine 100% complete. 
Vinyl (Ex) In very nice condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could make out a couple of light marks per side....And one small 4mm scuff mark which does just about manage to sound [see detail below]. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a steady Excellent level of playback consistently...[perhaps one slightest deviation]...For a highly sought after title like this - very very nice indeed. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity.  A small mark in 'Four Sticks' does cause a couple of minor ticks...no biggy..it's the full-on high pitch wailing section....Barely notices at all [barely worth mentioning!]. . Stairway plays superb even into the opening fussy long intro. Probably one of the cleanest [consistently] renditions of Stairway...very entertaining. In fact audio quality is really superb -- you can hear those tones of a near-master copy that indicate you are listening to a VERY faithful copy.
Cover (Vg+)In very decent condition with clean surfaces front and rear. Some edge wear but nothing bad at all... The spine is in  good order 80% intact.. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg) Decent surfaces...sides have split and been carefully tape repaired.
