I'm gonna list this one as an auction and let people decide what it is worth to them

Vinyl (G+/VG-):  clean and glossy.  lots of scuffs/marks/light scratches all over both sides, a full blown scratchie.  I don't see anything that suggests to me that it won't play through, but there will certainly be surface noise and I did not play test it.  I put this vinyl through three 5 min cleaning cycles in my ultrasonic machine with a brush cleaning in between each. this is one of my favorite albums, so I want to give any copy as much of a chance for another chapter as possible, but it is a very used copy.  it is stored in an anti-static archival style inner sleeve.

Jacket (VG):  embossed cover.  light general shelf wear.  it looks like a dog/cat chewed the upper left corner, otherwise would probably be a VG+.  no splits, no writing.  printed inner sleeve included.  see photos.  shipped in a new poly outer sleeve.


I have been collecting records now for over 30 years and have recently made my first real effort to organize and downsize my collection.  It's time to re-home some of the records that I decided I no longer need.  

Records are visually graded. I will give a detailed description of what I see and take the best photos I can. 

Used records are cleaned with an ultrasonic machine (Upscale Audio version of the Kirmuss Ka-Rc-1) and are vacuum dried with a Record Doctor V machine.  Records are then placed in a new anti-static archival style inner sleeve.  They will be shipped as clean as I can get them.  My goal is to give some nice older play copies and even some decent scratchies a new lease on life.

Check my other listings and check back in the future, I have 100s of excess LPs, so I could do this for awhile if it proves to be worth it.

Shipped in new or once used LP mailers in good condition.  LP's will be packaged outside of jacket unless sealed.

UPDATE:  I play tested the record in order to confirm my suspicions about the condition.  It did not skip for me during playback, my tracking force is light (1.8g).  There is crackling and popping throughout all playback, it is audible but not 'distracting' during the louds parts.  during the quiet parts is is very much distracting. the bad seamstress blues section, long cold winter and coming home (which has a repeated tic) are the songs most impacted, and they are.  otherwise the playback is dynamic and pretty clear.  It is basically exactly as I originally described, a noisy copy that plays through without skipping.
