Shipping Policy

We ship USPS for items under $100, and UPS for items over $100. We only ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays. All items paid for after 12PM EST will ship on the next available shipping date. In other words, if you pay for an item at 3PM on Wednesday, it will ship Friday morning.

Return Policy

Vintage and game-used items cannot be returned.

All items returned at the customer's request with no issue will incur a 15% re-stocking fee up to a maximum of $50. Items that are returned with no RA number or beyond 30 days will also incur this fee. Items returned after 30 days are only eligible for store credit.

All merchandise is considered to belong to customer until received in satisfactory condition. Team Baker suggests using a trackable, insurable shipping method to prevent potential loss of damage in transit.
