This is from my own personal record collection, which I have decided to downsize. All my records have always been treated with the utmost respect since purchase eg always stored, from purchase, in plastic covers; always played on hi-fi equipment; never loaned. Even now, in this age of CDs, I get ‘squemish’ at the sight of actors on TV handling records with their mitts all over the grooves rather than with respect by the edges!
Under a strong focused light I can see no obvious scratches or marks.
There is very minimal sleeve scuffing. I have visually graded this record.
As such, as it has been played, albeit not very often, I grade the record at EX (at least)
The record centre labels are also unmarked – no spindle marks, wear etc.
Because it has been protected the sleeve too is in Excellent (+) condition. Any ‘faults’ I have tried to describe:-
The spine is in excellent condition. There is the merest hint of corner wear - Photos 2 & 3
The two opening corners are also near perfect
The bottom edge show no sign of any storeage wear
There is, in the right light, evidence of record circle on the front, but there is no print wear due to this.
And, much to my regret, my name is written in small capitals close to an edge on the inside of the unprinted record envelope.
As such I grade the sleeve as Ex (possibly+)
As a first pressing, it also has
The original fold out poster - Photo 5. Although never diplayed is does have a little damage to one edge/corner - about 3.5 cm - Photo 7
When unfolded this becomes the equivalent damage, left hand edge, top and bottom - Photo 8 &9
And similarly at top and bottom of the right hand crease/fold - Photo 10 & 11
The plastic lined inner sleeve is untorn, has crease in a bottom corner, and practically no age browning.

PACKAGING
When posted I will remove the record from its inner sleeve and place it in a separate, new paper liner, and in turn in a sealed plastic cover. The cover and original liner will be placed together in a separate sealed plastic cover too. They will then be posted in a new, wraparound, cruciform mailer. I will also include some additional internal stiffening too.
POSTAGE
Any record selling for more than £25 will be sent, within the UK, by Royal Mail Special Delivery (includes insurance, and has to be signed for on receipt). Cost, including packaging, £8.
If purchased by an overseas buyer please wait until I have been able to check for postage rate to your location and can provide a total price invoice. Looking at other listings it appears that overseas signed for posting may cost up to around £15.
REFUND
If upon receipt you are not satisfied with your item, please discuss any concerns with me before completing E-bay feedback. My aim is to complete a mutually satisfactory transaction. If you are not satisfied I will offer a complete refund. Any returns must be within 7 days of receipt, and as per E-bay policy return postage is paid by the buyer.
