Complete set of twelve 10" RCA Victor Encyclopedia Of Recorded Jazz Albums issued in 1956. Very nice overall condition. I see a couple of scratches on volume 10 and 11, but even these aren't bad. The rest were very carefully played if at all. Listed alphabetically by artist, so if you want Louis Armstrong, he's on volume 1 and if you prefer Mary Lou Williams or Fats Waller, they're on Volume 12.The  covers exhibit only minor (mostly corner)wear. Vol 11 had a small piece of tape that did little damage. It's impossible to show details of all 12. The shots of the 2 (vinyl) that I detailed are generally indicative of the rest. I run an honest site. If you have doubts about that at all I ask that you don't bid. Perhaps you can find the set elsewhere. My 10 year old Goldmine record guide has a price each on these of $10 VG $20 VG+ $40 NM. The worst of these are VG (In my opinion) and many are better. Original price was .99 cents each. I'm not starting them that low but I'll bet that 1956 $12 in todays money would be a lot more than the 49.99 I'm starting the set for. So that's is a better deal than if you bought them new and held them. Of course I'm hoping they will go for a little more than the opening bid.Where would you ever find a complete set like this? great gift.
