  We accept PayPal ONLY online. We will accept cash or credit cards for in-store payments.    Sales tax is applicable to Illinois residents only.

SHIPPING TERMS
• ALL shipping costs are non-negotiable.
• Insurance is INCLUDED for ALL packages regardless of carrier.
• We will only ship to a PayPal-registered address associated with the PayPal account being used.
• International shipping is not offered.

  SHIPPING CARRIERS
  UPS
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APOs. No exceptions. Please supply a PHYSICAL ADDRESS for delivery.
Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories are subject to increased costs. All items over $250 must be shipped with Signature Delivery Confirmation.

USPS
ALL items shipped via U.S. Postal Service are shipped via First Class, Priority or Media Mail Services, each with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery timeis 3-10 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not necessarily offer both UPS and USPS services for every auction — check the shipping and handling tab provided by eBay for details on any particular auction. We ship Monday through Friday only. Items with payment received on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.

  SHIPPING DAMAGE
  WE DO NOT REFUND OUT OF POCKET FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE. If your item is damaged or lost in shipping, a claim must be filed with the appropriate carrier for you to receive compensation.  You should keep all of the packaging material and boxes for a shipping claim. The original shipping charge is not included in the insured amount - only the merchandise value can be claimed.
 
    IN-STORE PICKUP
  There is no charge to pick up your item locally. We accept cash or credit card payments only. Please bring a VALID ID for confirmation and   your EBAY ITEM NUMBER for the item you've won. Illinois residents will be required to pay Illinois Sales Tax upon pickup.

CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any auction at any point. Wereserve the right to cancel bids ofany eBay member with a negative feedback rating. We reserve theright to re-list any item ifpayment has not been received within the allotted amount of time.

RETURNS
 Returns will only be accepted for items that are not as described and mustbe made within 14 business days of receipt of the item. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. If an item is damaged in shipment or arrives non-functioning, then a claim must be filed (see "Shipping Damage" section above). We do not accept returns for Buyer's Remorse. Applicable serial numbers will be checked prior to refund of purchase price.
