In a new policy set forth by eBay and PayPal. Cooperatively they now place up to a 21 day hold on our money!   in unprecedented  not so customer service friendly Company policy initiated by eBay. They hold up transfer of funds! Somehow they justify this new policy as a layer of "customer" protection. They claim protects you.  HA!,   What a joke! All it does is protect them!  And anger both customers! Buyer and Seller!! Even though I have a 100% customer satisfaction and transaction report and have been with eBay for nearly 10 years shipping and receiving at the same address. eBay as well as PayPal punish both you and I.  
Therefore :If you pay via paypal your item will NOT be shipped until the entire funding is released which can take up to 21 days  according to them.   Yes, I will still accept paypal. However, be prepared to wait the 21 days if that is how you chose to pay.  Once payment is fully received and in MY bank not PayPal I will ship the items.   However, by contacting me directly after the sale we can ship same day (in most cases)
