THIS is the grand-daddy of ALL thrash metal. There is none higher.

THIS is a first pressing, US version. I bought this during the first week of release back in 1986 (The Friday of that week, as Friday was Pay Day in the grocery store business.  I was making about $3.25 an hour back then, and basically worked an entire day to get this).  Now, I have checked some websites, and there are slightly different matrix etchings in first / second pressings.  This reads GHS-24131-A-SR-2   MASTERDISK. Some sites show this as "second" pressing.   This version came with a 24" x 24" poster of the album cover.  The poster is included.  I have seen the poster alone sell for $40.00.

DEF JAM label, tone arm design on decals.  Insert has red ink on white paper, DEF JAM logo one side and lyrics on the other.

EXCELLENT, one scuff on side one.  Poster has been hung, and has tape at the corners. SLEEVE - one small "crunch" on the spine under the catalog #, normal corner wear.

Some of the records look dusty in the photos; they have all been cleaned with a Discwasher brush and solution, some were cleaned after the photo was snapped.

I have not played these records in MANY years, and cannot recall if there were any crackles, pops, or skips.  I have noted the overall look of the vinyl in the description.
