The US's Disfigured & Repudilation with their 1997 split release from Numb Cum Records limited to 200 copies. Four tracks: Defuse Hopeless Existence Intro Decimation Item is used. Sleeve is in great condition with just some very minimal wear. Vinyl is in near mint condition. Will ship in an EP mailer with two filler sleeves. If you want special packaging, ask, I'll do what I can.
