I still have numerous 12" vinyl belonging to a friend whose father had them stored in his attic

As usual I have wiped the sleeves and records over with a damp cloth to remove any storage marks.

Sleeve: fair, flipback, laminated-peeling and bubbling along spine and edges, corner bumps, spine and edge rubs, creased and cracked around edges, dog eared, ring wear, two tears and pieces missing (see picture), age toned, storage marks, soiling, rear heavily soiled, age toned, storage marks, top and bottom flip has corner missing, split to bottom edge/opening approx. 60mm long
It's a sleeve!!
Record: fair/good (as per record collector), myriad of surface marks and scratches, these do affect play, background crackles and clicks, no skips or jumps, have heard worse and actually own worse....plays better than it appears!!   Perfect as a filler especially as this rarely comes up for sale!!
