When will my order be sent?

Orders are dispatched the next working day, Monday to Friday, following cleared Paypal payment.
Items are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail unless upgraded to express delivery.
All of our items are quality checked prior to dispatch.

How will my order be sent?

We   use Royal Mail to ship most of our orders depending on the weight and   type of your item, heavy and bulky items will be sent via other courier.   Please check individual listings for postage information.

Can you combine shipping?

We are happy to combine shipping on the same order, please get in touch.

Postage & Packing

We try to make sure the postage costs are fair and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you.  

Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage.

Good strong padded envelopes and tubes
Cost of picking and preparing your order

We provide new and quality used childrens products at prices to suit all.   Our stock updates frequently so if there is an item which you require   but cannot see listed, then please message us as we are usually able to   source most items within a reasonable time frame.

All products are  individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure outstanding quality and safety on every item.

PAYMENTS

We accept payment via Paypal ONLY.

Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction ending or after committing to purchase an item via Buy It Now.
Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a non payment case being raised via E-Bay.
We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever necessary.
RETURNS

Standard   Returns

We   are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 7 days of   being received and are in the same condition as when you received them.

An   email MUST be sent before returning your item, a note must be enclosed   with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and your ebay   login name.
Postage for returned items will not be refunded.
