Artist: Ron Tish
Title: “Sukiyaki (Disco)” b/w “Let’s Fly Away”
Label: Koke-Kula (KKR 579)
Year: 1979
Condition: VG++ original clean dead stock with artist signature on label
Notes: Side one is a weird disco version of the 60’s Japanese pop hit; Tish’s cover actually predates A Taste of Honey’s version by a year. Side two is a loungey modern soul tune. This seems to be a later release than Tish’s much more common single which contained tracks from his self-titled LP. Not much more info on this one.
Soundclip of actual record:
All records are original pressings unless otherwise noted.
Grading Scale: NM-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G
Grading reflects both visual and auditory inspection; I will generally make additional notes about condition in addition to giving a grade.
Shipping: If buying multiple items, please wait for an invoice with combined shipping costs before paying. All records are shipped in a sturdy cardboard record mailer with records outside of covers to avoid seam splits.
For items over $150, buyers must pay for tracking and insurance. Please do not bid on $$$ items if you do not agree with this policy.
Thank you and good luck.
