'The Beatles Christmas Record'
UK - Lyntone - LYN 757 - 1964 - This been the free issue Promo issued by the Beatles Fan Club in limited quantities (believed to be 65,000 pressings) and available only to Fan Club members. The record is a one-sided flexi disc and came in a flip-back picture sleeve with cover notes by Tony Barrow. It would have contained a Fan Club Newsletter - this is missing. Disc is in excellent condition but as with nearly all flexi-discs has to be weighted on the turntable for it to play. Also this is a spoken word recording featuring Christmas wishes from each of the band members (I state the obvious but I have been asked in the past what the song is?)
The sleeve has  a small (3/4") tear at the opening. The edges have browned and there is other slight edge wear including a small crease to the bottom corner. All mentioned for complete accuracy
In conclusion it's a very clean and probably seldom played disc in a mediocre sleeve with a missing insert and has been priced accordingly
