THE FRONT AND BACK COVERS ARE IN VERY GOOD SHAPE AND THE 4 INNER SLEEVES ARE ALSO IN VERY GOOD SHAPE. THE ONLY CONDITION ISSUE IS THE SPLINE/BINDING WHICH IS RIPPED OFF AND WE TAPED IT IN PLACE(SEE PICTURES). WINNING BIDDER WILL PAY $10.00 FOR SHIPPING.
