This vinyl is brand new and unplayed no shrink-wrap or polybag. Reprise Records and Neil Young are proud to present Prairie Wind as a Deluxe 2 LP gatefold edition. Included is an 18 page 12 x 12 booklet with lyrics and photos printed with soy based inks on paper that is from sustainable forests and Rain Forest Alliance certified. The LP mastering and cutting was done at Bernie Grundman Mastering in Hollywood by Chris Bellman using the original 1/2 analog master tapes with plating and pressing on 200g Vinyl at RTI. The sound is, to put it bluntly, without compare and sets a new standard for sonic achievement.
As an added bonus, side 4 of the set is an interview with Neil discussing guitars, equipment, music, musicians and musical arrangers among others things. Not to be missed!
