I make every effort to ensure that each vinyl is of acceptable standard for the buyer, I have been collecting vinyl records for over 30 years and to the best of my knowledge: I do not list records that jump during playing or have any defects that affect play, I test as many of the records I list as possible, however occasionally errors or oversights occur, I would very much like to be the first to know in any such instances in order for me to rectify the error or compensate the buyer before bad feeling arise, I thank and respect all of my customers and ask for a little bit of respect back to help keep my vinyl record business a successful venture. My grading for the records I list are as follows: G (Good) = The record doesn't look great visually, there will be some surface scratches and/or marks, although the record will play ok throughout, though there will be some deterioration of sound quality from the original quality of the vinyl when was new. Sleeve will most likely show ring-wear and probably have creases and possibly small rips/tears, also may have been sellotape repaired. VG (Very Good) = There may be some light superficial scratches and minor marks to the vinyl, however there will be no jumps during play, or repetitive clicks caused by a deep scratch, there might be some very light crackles; usually, if anywhere, at the beginning of the track although nothing that would cause a skip in the music or could be considered a loud pop, the sound quality will be very good/clear and deterioration from original sound of vinyl will be only noticeable from close listening through reasonably high quality equipment. Sleeve will only show minor if any ring-wear, minor edge-wear, wear to corners, and only slight creasing, occasionally may have been sellotaped over minor splits or to have strengthened the sleeve. EX (Excellent) = The vinyl will look in excellent condition, with no noticeable marks or scratches, sound quality will also be excellent with minimal sound deterioration from original vinyl sound when new. Sleeve will be clean glossy with minimal if any creases or edgewear, no ringwear, no splits repaired or unrepaired.  M (MINT) = Vinyl will be in new/unplayed condition, maybe still sealed, sound reproduction from the vinyl will be 100% perfect (providing played using a decent quality player with an undamaged stylus). Sleeve will be as new shop condition.  These are my basic outlines and I do not profess to be 100% perfect, sometimes I may add a + or - to a grading if I feel that the grading is slightly better or worse than the grading it is closest too. eg. VG+ = as very good although there may be only 1 or 2 hardly noticeable marks (only seen at very close inspection) to the vinyl and sound quality very clear with no such defects in the sound, or crackles. Please email me if you are not happy with the grading of the vinyl, or any other reason that you are not happy with your purchase, before deciding wether to leave negative feedback. I will do my upmost to keep the customer satisfied in all cases and being as I am very passionate about keeping vinyl records alive, I am proud to offer records for sale that are all tested personally by myself.
