You are bidding on LINK WRAY & HIS RAY MEN RUMBLE/ THE SWAG. This is a 78 RPM on Apex 76270 Canadian issue. Visually shellac is a very glossy VG++ with a few minor scuff marks . Please note that there is an edge chip on the Rumble side far away from the playing grooves (see photo) . This is easily repairable buy filling in with a plastic resin.
