I purchased this record in 1984. It has been in the sleeve ever since (with the exception of taking it out now to take pics). The sleeve is in good shape, a wear spot on the spine (see pics). The inner jacket is splitting on the seams, but is intact. The record appears to be in perfect condition, but I have no way to test it. It has been stored inside for all of its life, never subjected to heat or elements.
