Donovan - "HMS Donovan" Orig UK Dawn Vinyl 2 LP Gatefold 1st press w/Poster! Issued around 1971, and only in the UK, I think this is the finest thing Donovan ever did.  This is mostly acoustic, and here we have a chance to hear what a fine guitarist he is.  This is music he wrote to a number of children's poems, and the result is pure magic.  Also, take notice of the amazing artwork by a fellow named Patrick, which really sets the tone for the album.  This is the 1st press "Red" Dawn issue, and comes with the Super-Rare Poster, which folds out to 3 times the size of the front jacket.  A very special release!!!

CONDITION VINYL:  VG++/NM (Records are clean, several sides appear nearly perfect; Side 4 has some surface marks; overall this is a really nice copy of an original issue classic!)

CONDITION COVER:  NM (In amazing shape for its age, bright and clean, with no seam splits and a straight spine; there's some minor ring wear; poster is clean and bright, but there is some mild staining on the back in one section (see photo); still, it looks beautiful!)
