‘Mind Games’ was released by EMI/Apple on the 16th November 1973, this was John's eighth "solo" album release, and his first self-produced album, only John's name appears on the cover and on the record labels.

This original first issue UK album is on the Custom Green & White half Apple Record labels, with an EMI Recording & Mfd. in U.K. label text. The album is protected in its original Garrod and Lofthouse Printed Inner sleeve with the printed lyrics to each track, and housed in its original Garrod and Lofthouse Card Picture Sleeve.

Both record labels are in Mint condition, the record labels look as new.

Matrix and stamper information is as follows: Side 1 matrix: YEX 927-1U/Side 2: YEX 928-1U.

Side one stamper markings are : 3 OD, and Side 2 stampers are: 4 HL.

Both sides of the Vinyl LP are in beautiful Mint condition, the vinyl LP looks new.

The LP plays through all the tracks without faults.

The Printed lyric Inner sleeve is in Near Mint condition, no seam splits or tears with just a light crease at the top right corner.

The 10” x 8” Glossy Promotional Black & White Photograph of John Lennon is in beautiful Mint condition.

The Picture sleeve is in superb Excellent Plus condition example, nice clean sleeve with only mild LP storage signs to the front panel, this first issue sleeve has the the title and catalogue number printed on the spine and top edges,
