This is a very nice original mono pressing of the Beatles LP, Revolver, released by Capitol Records in 1966. This edition was pressed in the Capitol Records pressing plant in Scranton, PA, which is signified by the small triangle etched in the dead wax of the LP. This is considered by many to be the best of all of the group's albums. Near mint mono pressings of this LP have a book value of as much as $250. The package includes the original gold inner sleeve.

As to grading, I grade very conservatively. For records that are a notch below near mint, rather than VG ++, I prefer to use grade of Excellent. I do not use VG++ grade in addition to Excellent grade as is done by some. Most of the items I am selling will be in the Excellent to Near Mint range, with only a very few lower that are listed due to extreme rarity.

The LP visually is in excellent condition. The only visible blemishes are 2-3 very minor barely visible and inaudible  scuff/hairlines on Side 2. . The LP has been play graded using headphones after having been cleaned by hand, and plays very nice and quietly throughout, with minor exception of a couple of barely audible ticks during Yellow Submarine on Side 1. The cover is in very good condition. All of the corners are slightly worn. The seams are strong with no splits although there is minor rub wear/loss of color. The spine is still relatively strong although beginning of slight flaking is visible, but no splits.The front and back are the cover are in very nice condition with the image sharp on the front cover There is visible some wear on the back cover.  

The LP is being sold without reserve and payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. Return of the LP will only be accepted if the same LP sold and shipped is returned in the same condition .Buyers that behave in a less than ethical manner will be reported and blocked from participation in future auctions. The LP will be separated from the cover when shipped to prevent seam splitting.
