David Bowie ~ Soft In The Middle (Re-issue)
Release details: This is a re-issue of the Soft In The Middle album and this particular issue was released in 1982. As indicated by the Bassman online this re-issue of Soft In The Middle is Australian, and is pressed from new matrixes. There is no label on the insert. The disc has plain white labels. This is an issue you very rarely see outside Australia. I purchased this album brand new and stored it upright in a high quality click-seal plastic sleeve. I did not play the album although I did check the vinyl upon receipt. At the time I was collecting any vinyl at all by David Bowie.
Condition of the vinyl: Excellent/Mint. The black vinyl is shiny, glossy and looks quite amazing. There are no spindle marks on the labels. It is essentially in the same condition as when I obtained it new back in 1982. Some manufacturers and distributors of this class of album did not take that much care of the albums so it was not unusual for these types of albums to be in less than pristine condition when your received them. Quality control was not always a major priority. I have not played this album. The labels are plain.
Condition of sleeve: Mint. The thin, plain, white die-cut cardboard sleeve is immaculate and still housed in the original shrink wrap. The orange sleeve insert is in mint condition and has no marks or writing.
