David Bowie ~ Rolling Stones: Stowie
Release details: This album came out in 1984 and features the Rolling Stones on one side and David Bowie on the other.
Condition of the vinyl: Very Good+/Excellent. The black vinyl is shiny and glossy. There are no spindle marks on the labels. The labels are clean. The vinyl has a couple of light scuff marks. It is essentially in the same condition as when I obtained it new over 35 years ago. Some manufacturers and distributors of this class of album did not take that much care of the albums so it was not unusual for these types of albums to be in less than pristine condition when your received them. Quality control was not always a major priority.
Condition of sleeve: Very Good. The sleeve looks good however it has signs of age when held up to the light. There are age spots and other marks that were on the sleeve when I obtained it. They are quite noticeable when the sleeve is held up to the light. There is a 2cm area of damage at the top of the sleeve where the laminate has come away from the cardboard. It looks like a seam split but I do not think that is the case. It is not major. One corner has a crease or bend. The original inner sleeve is clean and crisp. Ignore the shadow on the album photographs.
