Yellow Cover with Mindpower Sleeve and Foundation Labels
This press was technically the 2nd press produced by Foundation Records. It has black/silver foundation labels that are different from the rejected and accepted press' photo labels. This press of 1000 records were sold to and then re-sold by Mindpower Records. They included Mindpower Records inserts. After most of the Mindpower press was sold out a box containing an unknown number of records was found at Foundation Records. They were sold with a Confusion Sleeve, which also included a Mindpower insert.

Fine Print & Crap:
I have had this record stored in a smoke free home in a plastic record sleeve with the vinyl stored apart from the sleeve. The record is kept in a proper record storage box.
Shipping rates will be invoiced after purchase and are usually lower than what's listed. I will always combine shipping
