I bought this album new in 1989. I may have played this album once or twice, if at all. I placed the album in a high-quality click-seal plastic sleeve and stored it away. The new owner will be very pleased with this album.
Condition of the vinyl: Excellent/Near Mint (Visual inspection). The vinyl album is in excellent condition. The vinyl is shiny and glossy. There are no spindle marks. The labels are clean. The paper inner sleeve is clean and crisp. 
Condition of the sleeve: The thin glossy sleeve is in excellent condition. It is clean and almost looks brand new for this class or type of album. There are no major flaws. There are no seam splits, tears, stains or writing. There is a crease near the top left hand corner  front that is almost certainly a manufacturing flaw. There is a tiny corner crush upper right front.

Records will be packaged very well with proper vinyl record mailers and stiffeners. The vinyl will also be carefully packaged outside of the sleeve in order to avoid seam splits and/or further damage to the album sleeve during transit.
