Strict grades.
At first glance the cover looks like a solid VG+ (no ringwear, pretty nice) but a closer look reveals wear around the seams, rear cover record impression, and creases. Average condition for this beloved metal album, in my experience. (The originals I've seen look pretty rough; not as good as this one.) VG- for the cover*
Vinyl has sleeve rubbing/brushing effects, but no scratches or scars. VG for the vinyl. VPI-cleaned, November 2015.
Playback has teensy b/g noise in the silent parts, but overall VG+ for the audio.
*my VG- is comparable to most folks' VG
