just moved house, can't believe i have still got this. i remember buying this from probe records in liverpool in quite good condition a few surface marks, I don't know where the insert is I have that many boxes I will try and locate it, but I'm sure if you looked on ebay you might find one, any questions feel free to ask this is back on to a time waster what's in the pictures is for sale thanks for looking
