Comes with two colour-printed die-cut photo-gimmick inner sleeves (picture is complete with the labels). 

The discs both play really well (I've played them both myself) with little to no surface noise and no pops or crackles although there are hairline marks from the records being taken out of the inners. There is however one skip on Disc One during Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad? 
There are no creases or tears on the outer or the inner sleeves but the outer sleeve has edge wear (see pics) and a little bit of ringwear. I have taken as many photos as possible to show how great this record looks.
