GWAR Hell-o! vinyl. The record has some scratches and what look like scrapes (2 scrapes on side A - see pictures, tried to capture what they look like with camera), but listening carefully with headphones, I could only hear any effect from the scrapes in the grooves between songs. Overall the vinyl sounds very clean - actually one of the best records I've heard in a long time (clean, excellent fidelity, very few pops etc.) Jacket has typical wear and some splits on the spine (see pictures).
