Incredibly rare barn find!
I am not a professional record grader. As such, I will do my best to describe in detail any and all aspects of these two gems.

Fillmore West:
Sleeve- two tape marks on the left of the sleeve.
Light dirt throughout the front as shown in the photos
Small dime-sized rips along the front top
"Diane" written in black ink on the back
Split on two sides
Heart stamp on front
Record-heart stamp on the center label of side 1
"Diane" written in black ink on the center label of side 1
Several extremely light scratches that do not affect the sound quality
Side 2 has several light scratches (more than side 1) that does not affect the sound quality
Side 2 needs a light cleaning

Ain't it Crazy:
Sleeve- Red "Pooh" writing on the front cover
Clear tape around all edges
Very soft edges
Bottom left corner has damage as shown in the photos
Back of the sleeve has light mold on the right hand side as shown in the photos
Snall ball pen writing on the back as shown in the photos
Record- several light scratches that may affect the sound quality on both sides
The center label of side 1 has sine light damage as shown
