P.F.M Photos Of Ghosts . Original A2/B3 UK Manticore Records K 43502, 1973 . Fully laminated gatefold sleeve Excellent. Please view the photos of...Photos Of Ghosts! Original generic white inner sleeve. Vinyl VG(+) Fully tested. Some passages on this album are very quiet . You can hear some static and very mild rustle/non-offensive crackle and a few 'pips' here and there. Light line B3. There are no skips or jumps.
Apparently named after a Café the band would frequent, this classy prog. outfit , I do confess were a bit of an obsession for me when I heard this album and subsequent releases . Chocolate Kings / Jet Lag albums being favourites of mine..  I did see them on a couple of occasions in those heady mid-seventies days. They were in fact pretty big in the UK , even getting on Radio 1 In Concert at least once / Whistle Test et al. They made Yes and ELP look like Hot Chip such was the musicianship ! They're still going strong today with the core of Premoli, Mussida and Di Ciottio with many Italian releases under their belt . Although not on this fab album , I still have a penchant for Mr. '' I Sing The Voice Impossible'' Bernardo Lanzetti's vocal. Chocolate Kings being an amazing album to this day. See him sing solo Genesis on YouTube ... phenomenal !
PS Well done BBC for wiping the film of 'Paper Charms' OGWT 1976!!!
