Limited 180 gram audiophile vinyl LP pressing including insert. Grit is the third album by Norwegian Prog Rock band Madrugada. The band took a different approach to their previous release The Nightly Disease featuring a much rawer and at times more experimental sound with krautrock and garage rock influences taking turns. Grit starts off with a considerable swagger on two grimy rock numbers: 'Blood Shot Adult Commitment' and leadoff single 'Ready'. Augmented by traditional Americana-tinged minor key ballads that Madrugada are famous for, this is their most varied of their studio albums thus far.
