These are 7" EP Record Clear Poly Outer Sleeves. The sleeves measure 7.5" by 7.5" and are flush cut at the top (do not have a flap to keep them closed). These are what protect your jacket from wear and dust. 

These sleeves will accommodate single records AND double gatefold records!  Perfect fit, not too loose, not too snug.
