Beatles 1966 Genuine Scranton 3rd State (Peeled) Mono Butcher Cover w/Removed Trunk Slick 

This is a great first time offering for somebody who wants a genuine 3rd state peeled Butcher Cover without obvious tell tale damage, and decent seams and spine for a reserve of under $700. There is a slightly higher Buy It Now price as these jackets are very desirable ,especially those that present well for under $800. This still presents as a very respectable specimen for a 50 year old  3rd state (Peeled) jacket.  

 Near Mint Peeled mono Butcher Covers can sell for as high as $1200 or even $1600 or more if they are really nice. This is a guaranteed  original 1966 Capitol 3rd state  (peeled) mono Butcher cover.  This is only a 5 day auction.

The good news is that the seams and spine are decent on this. Both the top and bottom seam appear to be unsplit and most of the spine printing is present . There is a bit of spine cracking (which has been neatly secured) here and there but nearly all of the paper is there.  Top and bottom seams are intact with a small rub at the very left hard corner of the top seam. There is a small half inch rub of paper missing near the very end of the bottom seam.Nothing to get too worried over. The back of the jacket is fairly clean with light to average wear/tanning. Not much ring wear for a 50+ year old jacket. 

Also, this  album cover comes with the peeled trunk slick in poor condition as shown . While 95% of the removed trunk cover is here, it is  torn and tattered and pieced together.  

There is an original Capitol 1966 inner sleeve and the mono Scranton record that came with this will be included but is in poor condition. Unfortunately, most Butcher Covers come in with well worn records.
