Tracking is only available with Registered/Signed-For deliveries. There is no tracking with UK 1st & 2nd Class, or with Airmail.
If you require a tracking number for your parcel, you must choose the relevant delivery option.
All orders over £50 must be sent via a Registered & Insured delivery.
We always remove the record from the cover before packaging (unless the item is sealed).
We use only the strongest cardboard mailers to package our records, with additional cardboard stiffeners. We do not use flimsy envelopes.
