The ultra-rare Funk Jazz Masterpiece by the Bobby Hamilton Quintet. This LP is in superb condition.. It came from the estate of a music lover in Syracuse who preferred classical to jazz, so he apparently played it only once or twice. The jacket is NM-, still in shrink, with no corner dents, split seams, or ring wear. The inner sleeve is original. The A side of the LP is shiny and has some very light scuffing and one short, almost imperceptible scratch and some small areas of very light scuffing. Neither will affect play. The B side of the LP is shiny and free of any visible defects of any kind. Overall, the LP is NM-.
This is the Original Alifa ALP-972, Recorded in Utica, NY in March 1972. The A side runout is marked SAAB 939 R1. The B side runout is marked SAAB 940 - R1.
This LP almost never appears in this kind of condition. If you have read this far you know what you're looking at. I am a collector and not a dealer so I don't have a big track record of selling records on eBay. But this is a special record and one that a collector can buy with confidence. I will pack it very securely in a double box and make certain it arrives in good condition.
