Here’s an original early U.S. pressing 12” vinyl LP for the classic Frank Sinatra album In The Wee Small Hours.  This was Sinatra’s ninth studio album and third for Capitol Records. Originally issued in the U.S. by Capitol Records in 1955 (W-581), this is the 1956 re-pressing with label variation from the 1955 In The Wee Small Hours, where this release omits the 3/4 white circle band on grey label. Otherwise identical to original grey label issue with "Nonbreakable" and "LONG PLAYING" (no "High Fidelity"). Runout groove contains symbol: Capitol Scranton "anvil"-type symbol stamp.

Vinyl condition: Very Good Plus (VG+), some visible surface wear, very minor scuffs, but minimal impact on the sound quality. Vinyl still has very good luster and record appears to have been gently played; labels are clean and unmarked.

Album Cover condition: Very Good (VG) cover shows ring/surface wear, some light staining and a small seam split on top center edge. There is also a small price “stamp” and pen mark on back cover. Still has nice gloss.

Includes original Capitol Records “Protective Envelope” inner sleeve which has some crease marks and seam splits on all sides.

Conservatively graded, see photos for actual details.

Photos show front and back of the record jacket and Side One & Side Two of vinyl LP.  The record you see is the record you get.

Record will be shipped securely with plastic sleeve in standard LP mailer w/ cardboard protection.
