This is a one of a kind promo 45 that was sent to KYTY in Hardin Montana by Carole Tosti company manager for the Letterman

It comes in a black and white picture sleeve with Mylar protective sleeve and has the promo letter sent to the station in 1987 along with a post card

The record is in near mint condition and looks as if it was maybe played a couple times
