Shipping:

I usually ship next business or same day of cleared payment if possible. I will combine shipping charges. Just request an updated invoice from us BEFORE you pay. I usually ship packages under 16 oz. in padded envelopes via FIRST CLASS MAIL through the United States Postal Service. Packages over 16oz usually ship Priority Mail through USPS.

Feedback is left upon payment.  I would greatly appreciate it if you would give your feedback upon receipt of your purchase.  If there is a problem with your order, I request that you please send me a message first and give me a chance to make it right before leaving negative feedback.

Returns:

I do accept returns. All returns must be started within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, unless it is my mistake. All items must be in their original condition; and must be sealed, unused and untested. Items that have been opened are not returnable. If you are not happy with the item, please contact me before you leave feedback and I will do my best to make it right. A tracking number is required on all returned packages.
