I have been managing a record store in Dunedin, Florida for about 5 years. We always strive for 5 star customer service on EBay and in our "Brick & Mortor" store. All records are cleaned on a VPI, are graded conservatively under a bright light, and are shipped securely in a record mailer. I will never grade as Mint if it is opened, unless I know it has never been played. Some listings that have ended are still available for sale.
