Okay.... first thing's first: this record is sealed in vintage shrink.... BUT it has been clipped/punched in the bottom left corner prior to shrink wrap. I'm not sure if it's original wrap or not. It's older shrink obviously since the design of the sticker is so old (and since the price was so cheap).... The sleeve is not perfect. It has plenty of edge and corner wear. 
I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CONDITION THE ACTUAL RECORD IS IN. The record has broken through the shrink on the right side. 
Apparently I stumbled on a fairly rare and hard to find record. I did a little research and noticed these generally sell between 50-100 bucks new and sealed. I have reason to believe this MIGHT be a re-shrink, so it's sold as used. 
I am not a professional; I do not assign "gradings" to records. You'll have to look at the pictures of all angles. 
No returns. I've been up front about condition.
