Since I normally ship jewelry and accessories first class or parcel post to reduce costs, that means extended ship times to the West coast and internationally that I have no control over.  Fragile items I normally ship priority mail. I ship within 1 business day of payment

I do not refund shipping unless the shipping calculator over estimates.
