Pink Floyd-Piper at the Gates of Dawn. 1967 MONO vinyl lp. VG+/EX condition.... Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

Picture 1 As you can see this cover is in excellent condition. All four corners are square with very little wear if any. There is a glare from the sun on the TOP LEFT corner, it isn’t paint ;)
Picture 2 I’ve tried to show the light creasing on the opening as best as I can and I think the photo has turned out very honestly.
Picture 3 Shows that there isn’t any spine damage or wear at all.
Picture 4 As you can see the rear of the cover is very clean and not your usual dirty and unkempt, much more expensive copies on the market. Top right shows that this is from the second batch that were made in 1967 by a different manufacturer, whose name appears at the bottom right. Everybody looking at this album will know that the first batch of picture covers didn’t include ‘File Under Pop’ in the top right hand corner.
Picture 5 As you can see for yourself, the original record sleeve (which isn’t used to home the vinyl) itself is very clean indeed, with minimal damage. At the top there is a small piece of tape protecting a minute tear. At the bottom there is a small piece of  tape protecting the sleeve where the vinyl originally sat.
Picture 6 As picture 5. This is of course the flip of the inner sleeve.
Picture 7 The first of the two clean labels.
Picture 8 Side b clean label.
Picture 9 To show off the high sheen of the vinyl on side 1
Picture 10 As above on side 2
Picture 11 Full on of side 1
Picture 12 Side 2
This is my own copy, which I bought spontaneously from a dealer in Paris as soon as I saw the condition. My wife took some persuading but five minutes later it was mine.  The reason I’m selling it is a simple one, it sits among a collection of reissues and I rarely look at it, let alone play it. I have the RSD mono release, as well as a stereo mix for playing, so I’ve only played this record through once, which brings me to the quality of the sound. The sound is very remarkable! I played it in front of an avid collector and he agreed that the clarity is like new and very clean. Trust me when I say that this is a remarkable copy. The vinyl surface is in excellent condition, not NM of course, the album isn’t priced at £1,000 plus. There are some very, very light whispy paper lines on the vinyl only. This does not alter the sound in the slightest. If you’re after a mono Piper and you have a few quid burning a hole in your pocket you won’t regret buying this example. I hope it goes to a good home and that the new owner will give it the attention it deserves.
The finest psychedelic album ever produced in my humble opinion.
